Our Cosy 1 Bedroom Lodges Sleep up to 4 People Comfortably.

Our lodges have the bedrooms on the ground floor and the lounges upstairs to give our guests the best possible views from the balcony and lounge.

The Facilities and layout are as follows:

Downstairs:

  • Master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite shower room
  • Main bathroom

Upstairs:

  • Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with private balcony
  • Double sofa bed in the lounge area, along with personal storage space and all linen

Lodge facilities include:

  • Lounge area: Smart TV, DVD player, music system, direct dial telephone and Wi-Fi
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.  The cupboards are fully stocked with cookware, crockery and glassware.  
  • All bedrooms are fully supplied with linen and towels. If you require additional sets, these can be requested for a small additional charge. 
  • Each lodge is equipped with a drying closet for coats and outerwear after a rainy day

Onsite facilities: 

  • There is a 24 hour cash-operated laundry room available on site
  • Each lodge has its own parking space and additional parking is available. Please enquire when booking if you have specific parking needs
  • Well-maintained grounds for your enjoyment
  • The team are available during office hours Monday – Saturday to help you with any enquiries or advice 
  • Board games boxes including Backgammon, chess and cards are available on request
  • Fishing rights to bank of the Greta (permit required)

Electricity is charged as an extra cost from a meter reading and is payable upon departure.

Each lodge has its own first floor balcony.

Please ensure children are supervised at all times as there is a river nearby
